Founder and CEO of AITC Global Development since 2002, Mr. Kolnberger is responsible for the development and management of the projects AITC is involved in, and is responsible for structuring all investment opportunities and overseeing the capital and financial structure of the company.

With an early background in real estate, he oversaw business development for real estate specific divisions of Target Corporation, one of the largest retail store and distributors in the United States. He later became a partner in a Minnesota based commercial real estate development company focused on big box development. Mr. Kolnberger has owned multiple real estate and finance companies in the United States.

Mr. Kolnberger has consulted, owned or restructured several international companies in a variety of industries to include technology, software, real estate, LED lighting, healthcare and International Patents. He has worked in many regions globally, to include Asia, the Middle East, South and Central America, Europe, the United States and Mexico.

As Chief Operating Officer of AITC Global, Edwin de la Cruz is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. He came into the company in 2018 and has worked in all facets of operations with demonstrated success developing and executing strategies to drive global alignment, standardization, and process improvements.

Edwin has a B.A. in International Business from the University of Colima and Korea University Business School. Additionally, a soon-to-be Attorney at Law.

Mr. Cobarrubias is a certified civil engineer with significant experience in building and designing urban developments, infrastructure, city water networks, gas and electrical capacities, and roads. The depth of his knowledge and experience of infrastructure and urban development in Mexico is significant.

Since joining AITC Global in 2019, Alexis has resolved matters for the company involving national banks, state government entities, federal agencies and numerous contractual issues. His practice focuses on business, commercial, contract, real estate, and construction disputes.

Alexis is a litigator who is driven by client-focused advocacy coupled with exceptional legal knowledge and skill. He received his Law Degree from the University of Colima, Mexico as well as his Master’s Degree in Law.
